At Flandria Systems, we use two different techniques to treat the colours of aluminium profiles: painting and anodising. Both techniques comply with the strictest quality principles, and thanks to these two techniques, you will be able to enjoy the colour you have chosen for your profiles!
Powder coating
Painting coating involves applying a powder paint to the surface of the aluminium profile, which is then coated with a layer of thermosetting polyester powder. This gives us a high-quality, long-lasting finish!
Gloss or matt?
You can choose between a matt or gloss colour. This process can of course be applied to all the colours offered by Flandria Systems in gloss or matt.
Anodising
Anodising is a surface treatment that protects or decorates aluminium parts. It makes materials more resistant to wear, heat and corrosion.
With this technique, the profiles are first cleaned, then immersed in a chemical bath, then immersed in another bath, but this time with metal oxide, to be dyed, and finally they pass through a final bath: the steam bath.
