Aluminium recycling begins at the production stage. Many products are not recyclable today because of the way they are produced. So we need to start thinking at the production stage about making products that can be recycled or reused later.

It is also worth noting that when aluminium is recycled, it loses none of its properties, which is a real plus! Over a 20-year period, around a third of the aluminium produced in Europe and the United States comes from recycled scrap.
